Dalton & Bloom is a business in the retail industry that sells gifts and fresh flowers.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Dalton & Bloom is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Dalton & Bloom will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee.

Dalton & Bloom shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

Card transactions will be acquired for Dalton & Bloom via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by Dalton & Bloom separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Dalton & Bloom takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Dalton & Bloom chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.

Dalton & Bloom may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

We select only the freshest flowers available but our floral colours, varieties, foliage may vary. The images you see are an indication of size and styling.

If our drivers need to take a road trip to get to the door of your choice, we may charge an additional delivery fee and it may take us a little longer to get there.

Because each day is unique and we can never predict what awaits us, we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery times.

Our deliveries will take place until 9pm from Monday to Friday. We will, however, try our best to prioritise business deliveries according to standard business hours.

In general we do not offer same day delivery – but if it’s SUPER important give us a call and we will do our very best to assist you.

Unfortunately, we can’t leave deliveries unattended at the recipient’s front door. We will, however, try our best to deliver at reception, receiving, security or a neighbour if they aren’t available.

If upon receiving our flowers, that you or that special someone is not 100% satisfied, please let us know IMMEDIATELY via whatsapp with an image explaining what you’re not happy with to 0829727401. In this event we will evaluate the claim and issue a refund or replacement.

All refunds will take between three to ten working days to reflect.

Although seldom charged, we do reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee plus delivery should the address provided be incorrect, you changed your mind and wish to cancel when the delivery already left our studio.

  • If we have to reattempt your delivery more than twice, we may charge you a handling fee of 15% plus delivery.
