Dinner Party Designs - One Day Workshop

Step into a world where flowers meet fine dining in Dinner Party Designs, a full-day immersive workshop perfect for anyone who loves hosting elegant gatherings or working within the events industry. 

Under the expert guidance of Karen, founder of the Dalton Bloom Floral Academy, you'll explore both the theory and hands-on skills needed to design gorgeous floral centrepieces and floral candelabra. The day begins with an in-depth look at how to select, purchase, treat, and condition flowers for maximum freshness and longevity. You'll delve into floral structure, balance and colour theory - essential knowledge for both floral enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Then, it's time to create. Each student will design a luxurious low table arrangement in a footed urn and a candle stick arrangement both yours to take home. Karen will also demonstrate how to adorn different candelabra with florals.

Whether you're an enthusiastic entertainer or an aspiring floral designer, Dinner Party Designs is your invitation to elevate your next soiree. Suitable for - complete beginners and those looking to re-familiarise themselves with core skills.

Time: Full day classes will start at 9am and end at approx. 4pm. You are welcome to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of the class and enjoy some light refreshments. Bookings close for each class at 10am the day before. If you book after 10am we will not be able to accommodate you.
